A new free update has gone live for Police Simulator: Patrol Officers.
Update 14.4 makes a range of changes, improvements and additions to the game:
Skins
- Added Free Uniform: Bulletproof Vest
- Added Free Uniform: Green Plaid Shirt
- Added Free Uniform: Brown Shirt
- Added Free Uniform: America Shirt
- Added support for the Unmarked & Special Vehicle Packs
Gameplay
- Fixed an issue causing CP Loss when arresting someone correctly for carrying an illegal weapon inside their vehicle (thanks for all the reports)
- Fixed CPR not working correctly on critically injured NPCs
- Fixed not being able to interact with traffic barriers from the back side
- Fixed drug dealer callouts not spawning in every drug dealer location on the highway
- Fixed not being able to pick up debris on the highway
- Fixed multiple ‘Bar Z’ locations not unlocking correctly when walking up to them
- Fixed an issue causing players to pick up spike strips indefinitely
NPC & NPV
- Fixed an issue causing Arrest Transport officers to get stuck
- Fixed an issue causing burning cars to never stop burning
- Fixed some issues causing NPVs to drive into the ground on the highway
- Fixed license plates not moving together with wobbly parts
- Fixed truck drivers not walking in front of the truck at weigh stations
- Fixed tow truck license plates to not be correctly aligned
- Fixed animations of car trunks
Multiplayer
- Fixed another issue causing the client to not see the minimap
- Fixed hitches for the client when the host changes cars in the parking lot
- Fixed an issue that causes the truck to have no inventory when client is searching the trunk
Patrol Cars
- Fixed faulty Focus Mode for the MPV where the camera gets stuck on the roof, making it difficult to focus on NPCs and NPVs
- Fixed glitchy shift badge of vehicles floating mid-air when opening a door
Graphics & Game World
- Fixed repeating oil stain spots on the highway
- Fixed multiple spots where grass was clipping through the floor
- Fixed securing poles and lines disappear completely after completing a crime scene investigation
- Fixed a spooky floating head of the counter officer in the Callahan Precinct
UI
- Fixed an issue causing the IPV Default Skin to be described as ‘Police: Blue’ instead of ‘Highway Patrol’ in the garage
- Fixed missing UI element ‘Change Equipment’ in the garage
- Fixed ‘Hold’ being mentioned twice in the Switch Seats button prompt
Sound
- Fixed being able to hear garage sounds all over the map
