Antstream Arcade has had a fairly decent 2024 It featured the highs of being the first cloud gaming service to launch on iOS and also releasing on PS4 &PS5 consoles. A low point however was losing many games by Interplay Entertainment.
Today, however, we have received the exciting news that certain classic Disney games are now available on Antstream Arcade.
What Disney Games Are Playable On Antstream?:
The line-up of games that have been released on Antstream today from Disney’s gaming vault includes the Game Boy, Sega Mega Drive, and SNES versions of both The Jungle Book and The Lion King, but more importantly, the SNES and Sega Mega Drive versions of Disney’s Aladdin. These additions shouldn’t come as a surprise, as many Disney-owned games based on Lucasfilm properties like Star Wars and Indiana Jones are available on the Antstream platform. Unfortunately, this update doesn’t include other classic Disney games which were published by Capcom like DuckTales or Tailspin.
Receiving these iconic Disney Games will hopefully attract gamers who either didn’t buy the Disney Games Collection on console or PC platforms It may also attract content creators who want to make comparison videos on all the different versions.
Personally, I think this is a huge win for Antstream, and I hope we can eventually see more of Disney’s game catalogue added to the Antstream platform alongside other developers such as Taito, Atari, and Namco.
