Antstream Arcade, the retro gaming cloud gaming service with over 1300+ retro games, has released two brand new games into the service and its ever growing catalogue. The games in question is the 1996 PlayStation version of Street Racer and the 2023 indie NES homebrew game Oratorio. So, let’s go over these two games and discuss whether or not they’re worth checking out.
Street Racer (PlayStation):
The first game on our list is the 1996 port of the hit game Street Racer for the PlayStation. In this Mario Kart-inspired racing beat ’em up game, you must race your way through different championship cups as you avoid explosives that are littered all over the track. One of the interesting features that Street Racer sports is the ability to actually hit your competitors all over the track with your fists if you get close enough. Street Racer is definitely an interesting game to add to Antstream Arcade.
Oratorio (NES):
The second game on our list is the 2023 homebrew NES game Oratorio. In this rail shooter, you must “free the blueprints of life” as you use your knowledge of rhythm to defeat enemies and create music as you progress. This is definitely an interesting and unique experience to have on Antstream. It is unique when compared to most NES games (most of which were created in the 80s and 90s). This is definitely a game I will be checking out this week.
