Antstream Arcade Adds Worms Armageddon and Motor Mash

Antstream Arcade, the retro gaming cloud service with over 1300+ classic and indie games, has added two brand new games to its growing game catalog. The two games in question both come from the original PlayStation console. The games are Worms Armageddon and Motor Mash, which are both interesting games in their own right.

Let’s discuss these two titles and whether or not they are worth checking out.

Worms Armageddon (PlayStation):

The first game on our list is an interesting one. Digital Eclipse announced at PAX West that they are developing an “Anniversary Edition” for Team17’s classic Worms game Worms Armageddon. The original game (released today on Antstream) is focused on multiplayer, which means you can team up with four friends and battle it out in the world of the warring worms.

Worms Armageddon is an exciting addition to Antstream. Until now, the only Worms games on Antstream were different versions of the original game, upon which Worms Armageddon improved heavily.

Motor Mash Game Banner - Cartoon taxi with a bear driver and text "MotorMash" on a checkered background.

Motor Mash (PlayStation):

The second game on our list is the wacky racing game Motor Mash. In this top-down racing game from retro game publisher Piko Interactive, you must ram, disrupt, or outrun your competitors. The gameplay resembles the type of playstyle you’d expect from a Looney Tunes and Mario Kart crossover title. With six different tracks, there’s reason to give this classic title a few looks. Interestingly, Motor Mash was added to Antstream so soon after it was announced during the Antstream Connect just last month.
