“Pacific Drive is a unique survival crafting game set in the ’90s, focusing on upgrading a decrepit station wagon to explore the Olympic Exclusion Zone. Though initially frustrating with its manual mechanics and slow progression, the game becomes rewarding as players grow attached to their personalized car. Despite its visual appeal and engaging environment, the game’s replay value is limited. Its technical performance on PS5 is inconsistent, and while innovative, its appeal may not be universal.”
