Blizzard has announced a crossover between Diablo IV and the dark fantasy manga Berserk, bringing exclusive themed cosmetics and in-game events starting May 6. Inspired by Kentaro Miura’s long-running series, the collaboration introduces content that allows players to channel the aura and aesthetics of characters such as Guts, Griffith, and the Skull Knight.
During the event, players will be able to collect Behelits. Mysterious, egg-like items dropped by powerful elite enemies. These can be redeemed at the Berserk Reliquary, unlocking themed items like:
- Hawk’s Destiny Back Trophy – referencing the shackles once used on Griffith
- Skull Knight’s Heraldry Mount Armor
- Brand of Sacrifice Marking
- Foretold Eclipse Headstone, symbolizing the manga’s infamous Eclipse
- Od of the Berserker Emblem, granted after acquiring all Reliquary items

In addition, the in-game shop will feature new premium cosmetics available from May 6 through June 3, including:
- Berserker Armor for the Barbarian
- The Hawk of Light and The Struggler outfits for the Rogue
- The Skull Knight set for the Necromancer
- Schnoz Pet Bundle, which includes a mount trophy and creature from the Astral Plane
- Warhorse of the Hawk bundle with a Fantasia Mount and themed mount trophies
Blizzard will also host a Twitch Drops event, where viewers can earn the Skull Behelit Mount Trophy by supporting streamers participating in the campaign. Details for the Twitch rewards will be shared in an upcoming blog post.

This crossover marks the first time Berserk has officially appeared in a Blizzard game. Diablo IV players can experience this tribute to the manga’s legacy and its iconic characters until June 3.
