Boosteroid continues to add brand-new titles to its service at a break-neck pace, this week offering some truly excellent titles. These titles were added to the library today, and are available to subscribers now.
Spider-Man: Miles Morales (Steam/Epic Games)
Spider-Man: Miles Morales, a beloved PlayStation title, made available on PC for the first time just a few weeks ago. It has the best web swinging ever in a Spider-Man game and takes place during a gorgeous New York winter. This is definitely the stand-out of the week.
The Dark Picture Anthology: The Devil in Me (Steam)
The Dark Picture Anthology: The Devil in Me is but one game in a series that has been releasing at a steady cadence the last couple of years. I’ve heard these talked about on a few of my podcasts and have heard mixed feelings, but certainly worth a shot if you’re a fan of the genre.
Oxygen Not Included (Steam)
Oxygen Not Included is a cute and whimsy take on Fallout Shelter, but without the microtransaction garbage. It’s a “space-colony simulation” where you build your resources while managing the well-being of your cute little citizens. The game has an 86 on Metacritic and has Overwhelmingly Positive reviews on Steam. This is definitely one to check out.
Goat Simulator 3 (Epic Games)
Goat Simulator 3 is an absolutely absurd game about nothing, and that is what makes it a masterpiece. I’m not going to explain this game. Either watch the video or go play it.
Evil West (Steam)
Evil West has been described as a modern PS2 game (released in 2022) and that instantly sells me on the idea. I’m a sucker for Cowboy video games in general, but murdering horrific baddies with a six-shooter and punching them until their bodies explode sounds like Christmas morning.
These games are available to all subscribers. Boosteroid is quickly becoming the most affordable way to play the latest games, and it’s mind-boggling that the subscription is so affordable. You can see other games they’ve added this month here and here.
