Xbox’s Developer Direct has just finished and it has dropped some absolutely great trailers. Ninja Gaiden 4 was the surprise game and I am excited about it. But the game I was looking forward to is DOOM the Dark Ages. And it is launching sooner than you think! Mark your calendars for May 15th, because that’s when this brutal reimagining of the iconic franchise unleashes hell on Earth. (And the cloud, thanks to Xbox Cloud and GFN). We got our first glimpse of gameplay, and it’s clear this isn’t your typical DOOM experience. Think a darker, grittier, and more atmospheric take on demon slaying, with potential twists on the classic formula that have us hungry for more.
