Techland has debuted the first official gameplay for Dying Light: The Beast. They have also announced that the game will launch on August 22nd 2025.
The game will be coming to PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Although it is not yet opted in, previous games in the series have all come to GeForce NOW.
Players will step into the role of Kyle Crane. After enduring years of painful experiments from a figure known as The Baron, Kyle escapes, but he now possesses both human and zombie DNA. He will need to work to control his new inner beast as he embarks on a brutal quest of vengeance and revenge.
Dying Light: The Beast features a blend of open-world action gameplay with a mix of survival horror. The game is set in the valley of Castor Woods, which is now overrun with zombies. To get the revenge he seeks, Kyle will need to negotiate fragile alliances as well as utilise all the abilities and weapons at his disposal.
