Electronic Arts has confirmed that EA SPORTS FC 26 will be available day one on Amazon Luna. This brings the latest entry in its football franchise to cloud players without the need for high-end hardware. Pre-orders are now open on the Luna storefront, with early access options also available.
This is the first game from the EA PC Store that is included on Luna, which previously had let you stream games you own from the Ubisoft PC Store and GOG store. When you purchase FC 26 via Luna, you are actually buying it from the EA PC App.
This year’s installment introduces major changes to gameplay systems across all modes. Players can choose between Authentic Gameplay, designed to replicate real-world football in modes like Career. Alternatively, they can opt for Competitive Gameplay, which sharpens responsiveness and consistency for Football Ultimate Team and Clubs.
Football Ultimate Team introduces new Live Events, Tournament modes, and updated versions of Rivals and Champs. Manager Career has been expanded with Manager Live Challenges, which let players tackle various real-world football scenarios for seasonal rewards.
Player Career and Clubs now feature Archetypes, new skill classes inspired by legendary footballers. These can be unlocked and upgraded through gameplay, allowing users to shape their players’ abilities more distinctly.
The game features more than 20,000 authentic players from global leagues, powered by real match data. It supports cross-platform features across key modes. As with past entries, EA SPORTS FC 26 includes optional in-game purchases.
EA SPORTS FC 26 will be available on Amazon Luna, consoles, and PC starting September 25. You can pre-order now via Amazon Luna.
