Update 1.08 For Far Cry 4 Is Live Now

Ubisoft has quietly released an interesting new update for Far Cry 4 on PlayStation 5.

Update 1.08 is live now, and it now allows the game to be played at 60fps on the PS5 console.

The update at the moment only applies to Sony’s console, as the game has been playable at 60fps on Xbox since 2021.

It may not come as a huge surprise that Ubisoft has released this patch. In recent times, we have seen other classic Ubisoft titles get the same treatment. Far Cry New Dawn received a similar patch earlier this year.

Last year, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate also received a 60fps patch. It seems we may see more older Ubisoft titles get the same treatment in the future.
