PlayStation today announced the first set of games that are set to hit PlayStation Plus next month. It’s a great list! These games may or may not arrive on the cloud (these “claimable” games that are part of PlayStation Essentials often don’t become streamable).
But, today’s game news also came with the news that the PlayStation Plus yearly subscription costs are going up – PlayStation Plus Premium, which is required for cloud game streaming, is going up to $159.99 a year. That is a $40 a year increase.
Keep in mind, though, that you can currently stream 852 games with that subscription without additional cost!
