For Honor Launches Halloween Event Inspired by Destiny

Ubisoft has announced the launch of a new Halloween crossover event for For Honor, inspired by the popular action MMO Destiny. The event, titled “Light of the Guardians”, will be available from October 24 to November 14. During this period, players can experience a special version of the Dominion game mode, featuring a new boss, new character skins, and an event pass with exclusive rewards.

The event introduces a twist to the Dominion mode, set in the Cathedral, where players will face off against the Scorn Baron, a new boss inspired by the Destiny universe. Additionally, the Lawbringer and Centurion characters will receive new skins based on iconic Destiny figures, Saint-14 and Lord Shaxx, available starting October 24.

Players can also participate in the new free event pass, offering various rewards such as themed weapons, effects, and battle outfits. Additional items like emotes, podiums, and outfits inspired by Destiny will be available in the in-game store during the event.

The event features a community challenge with three milestones, each offering unique rewards like Steel, experience boosts, and the Ghostly Trophy ornament for all heroes. Players will need to work together to complete these goals.
