Forza Horizon 4 Is To Be Delisted & Removed From Xbox Game Pass

It has been announced that Forza Horizon 4 is to be removed from sale from the Microsoft/Xbox Store and will also no longer be available on Xbox Game Pass in December 2024.

This is due to a licensing issue with the game’s festival playlist.

“Due to licensing and agreements with our partners, Forza Horizon 4 will be delisted from digital platforms (Microsoft Store and Steam) on December 15, 2024,”

“This means the game and its additional content will no longer be available for purchase through online stores.”

“Players who already own the game and its content will be able to download and play it as normal, including its offline, online, and multiplayer features; physical copies of the game purchased after this date will also work and will be able to use online features.”

The Forza Horizon 4 DLC expansions, however, have already been delisted from the various storefronts, meaning that you can now only purchase the Forza Horizon 4 standard and deluxe editions.

If you played Forza Horizon 4 through Xbox Game Pass but then purchased any of the DLC expansions, you will soon receive a game token that will allow you to purchase a digital copy of the base game so it can remain in your Xbox library.
