Arguably one of the best racing games of its generation, Forza Horizon 5 is set to make its highly anticipated debut on PlayStation 5 this spring. With a staggering library of nearly 900 cars, over 40 thematic game updates, and two expansive expansions. The open-world racing phenomenon is poised to welcome a new wave of players to the Horizon Festival.

Forza Horizon 5’s arrival on PlayStation 5 marks another significant moment in the evolving landscape of console gaming. It joins a growing number of former Xbox exclusives making the jump to PlayStation. This follows in the footsteps of titles like Sea of Thieves and Grounded.

Developed in collaboration between Panic Button, Turn 10 Studios, and Playground Games. The PS5 version will boast the same rich content as its Xbox and PC counterparts. This includes all previously released Car Packs. As well as the Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure expansions, all available for purchase. The developers express excitement about the growth of the Forza Horizon 5 community with the addition of PS5 players, anticipating an influx of fresh creativity, building skills, and racing prowess.

Alongside the PS5 launch, a special free content update, Horizon Realms, will be released for all platforms. Realms will offer players a curated selection of popular Evolving Worlds created by the community, along with some other surprises. Further details about this update will be shared soon.

For those eager to join the Horizon Festival on PS5, Forza Horizon 5 is available for wishlisting on the PlayStation Store.
