Ridge Racer Type 4 is the fourth installment in the Ridge Racer series and features arcade-style racing gameplay with fast-paced, high-speed action and a wide selection of cars and tracks.
The game’s single-player mode is divided into two main components: Grand Prix mode and Time Attack mode. In Grand Prix mode, players compete in a series of races across four different classes, each with its own set of tracks and cars. As players progress through the game, they unlock new vehicles and upgrades that can be used to improve their performance on the track.
Time Attack mode, on the other hand, challenges players to beat their own best times on a selection of tracks. Players can choose to race on any of the game’s tracks and try to set a new personal record, or they can compete with others online to see who can achieve the fastest lap time.
