Capcom has shared a free digital theater performance in partnership with Japan’s National Bunraku Theatre for the upcoming game Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. The game will be available tomorrow on Xbox Cloud Gaming via Game Pass Ultimate, in addition to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam.
The performance, titled “Ceremony of the Deity: The Maiden’s Destiny,” serves as a prequel to Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. It features special puppets created to represent the game’s protagonists, Soh and the Maiden. The show combines traditional Bunraku techniques with modern technology to create a unique experience.
