Hello Games Delivers: No Man’s Sky Cross-Save Is Here

No Man’s Sky continues to evolve at an impressive pace, with the developers at Hello Games now releasing the game’s seventh update this year. This latest release brings Cross-Save support to all platforms, allowing players to transfer their saves across PC, consoles, and even the cloud. This feature has been one of the most requested, and Hello Games reveals it has been years in the making.

Cross-Save allows No Man’s Sky players to seamlessly jump between different platforms, enabling greater flexibility in gameplay. Due to the complexity of integrating data between different platforms, Hello Games will be gradually rolling out Cross-Save to a limited number of players initially. At the start, a limited number of players can link their accounts on the No Man’s Sky: Cross-Save website, with more players set to gain full access in the coming weeks.

The Normandy Makes its Comeback

In addition to Cross-Save, Hello Games is reintroducing a fan-favorite ship, the SSV Normandy SR1 from the Mass Effect series, in celebration of the sci-fi franchise’s annual “N7 Day”. First appearing in a limited-time event in 2021, the Normandy returns for the next two weeks, allowing players to add this iconic vessel to their frigate collections through an updated version of the original mission.
