
During Quakecon 2025, Nightdive Studios and id Software have released an enhanced collection of Heretic and Hexen. Heretic + Hexen is now available on PC (Steam and GOG), Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. The bundle is priced at $14.99 or automatically added to users’ libraries if they already owned the original versions.
The collection is also live on Xbox Game Pass, including support for Xbox Cloud Gaming, making it accessible on a wide range of devices without requiring a download. The game has also Play Anywhere enabled.
This enhanced re-release brings the classic dark fantasy shooters to new audiences with expanded platform and language support, accessibility improvements, and two all-new episodes developed in collaboration between id Software and Nightdive.
