During a special livestream at Bilibili World, KOEI TECMO and developer Gust unveiled new gameplay information about Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian. It is scheduled to release on September 26, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
Additionally, the publisher announced Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack. This is a definitive edition of the “Secret” series trilogy featuring exclusive new content. It is coming to PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC sometime in 2025.
Atelier Resleriana Gets Deeper Combat and Synthesis Details
This new mainline Atelier title takes place in the Lantarna continent. It continues the timeline after the fall of Weltex. The story follows two protagonists, Rias Eidreise and Slade Clauslyter. They explore a parallel narrative alongside Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy and the Polar Night Liberator.
Combat features turn-based battles with chained actions. It includes cooperative techniques like Unite Attacks and Unite Bursts. The synthesis system is centered around connecting “Gift Colors” and using special catalyst ingredients. This triggers “Recipe Morphs” to create more powerful items. Players can also collaborate with fairies and team members to boost synthesis results.
Fan-favorite characters from previous entries, including Ryza and Klaudia (from the “Secret” trilogy) and Ayesha (from the “Dusk” series), will return. They will interact with the new cast.
The game will be fully offline, with no gacha mechanics or online requirements. It will feature Japanese voiceovers with English subtitles. Early physical or digital purchases will include special outfits and charm sets as bonuses.
Atelier Ryza Trilogy Deluxe Pack Announced
KOEI TECMO also revealed the Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack, a definitive edition of the complete trilogy. It includes additional playable characters and new story content for each title. The release is planned for 2025 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and Steam.
Each entry will offer different language options:
- Atelier Ryza 1 and Ryza 3 will include Japanese voices with English text.
- Atelier Ryza 2 will also support French text, in addition to English.
A dedicated livestream for the Deluxe Pack is scheduled for August 4, 2025. During this, the development team will share the release date and more details.
