The latest update for Lost Ark, titled “Chase the Storm,” has been released, bringing new content, quests, and events to the world of Arkesia. The update, live as of September 11, 2024, introduces significant additions designed to enhance the player experience.
One of the standout features of the update is the Behemoth Raid, centered on the reappearance of the Chaos Guardian Behemoth. Players will fight Behemoth and the Chaos Guardians, who are back to ruin Arkesia. The update also introduces Weapon Transcendence, which functions similarly to the previously introduced Armor Transcendence. Players can now use materials obtained from the Behemoth Raid to enhance their weapons.
New quests have been added, including a Prelude Quest: Gathering Lightning Clouds and an Afterstory Quest: Where the Storm Ravaged, alongside new achievements, titles, and trophies. The update also brings a refreshed Epic Raid Entrance UI and Totem features in major cities.
In addition to these content updates, the Chase the Storm Progression Event helps players increase their character’s Item Level from 1600 to 1620, a major step in preparation for the Behemoth Raid and the upcoming release of Tier 4 content in October.
The Blooming Mokokos event makes its return, offering more Bound Gold than in previous years. Meanwhile, Arktoberfest is back, featuring an Event Shop with rare items such as Oreha Fusion materials, Transcendence Restoration tickets, and Elixirs. Players can also take advantage of the Double Fate Ember Event, which doubles the drop rate for Fate Embers in Chaos Dungeons and Guardian Raids from September 11 to October 9.
