In a blog post, Netflix has finally revealed today that they are rolling out their cloud gaming beta in the United States. This beta has previously been available in the United Kingdom and Canada, so what does this mean and what games are available?
So What Does This Mean?
Netflix’s cloud gaming beta has rolled out to the United States, the third market the cloud gaming platform has expanded this beta into. This beta is limited so not everyone will have access instantly. Still, if you’re lucky enough to get access then you can access games on Amazon Fire TV devices, Chromecast with Google TV, Roku devices and via the web on other devices. In order to access the games, you need to download the Netflix Games Controller on iOS and Android or by using your keyboard and mouse if you’re using the web via a PC or laptop.
What Games Are Available?
There are only two games available via this beta as of this writing, these games include the popular Netflix-owned indie hit “Oxenfree” and a new indie arcade game called “Molehew’s Mining Adventure” which isn’t available for download on mobile devices.
