We are now in November but before we start the rush to get all the Christmas shopping done early let’s do a quick recap of Netflix’s Games in October and talk about the new releases. In October 2023 Netflix released two games so it was a rather small lineup but the two games were worth the wait.
October 24th, 2023 Saw Skullface Make His Debut On Netflix via “Slayaway Camp 2: Netflix and Kill”:
Netflix Games added the newest game in “Slayaway Camp” franchise, the new installment is somewhat of a parody of streaming services where you play through a bunch of levels that are parodies of different popular horror movies, your main killer Skullface himself is a parody of a certain hockey mask-wearing man who can’t swim. However, in this game, you can play multiple killers as you play through the game and unlock them.
Halloween Saw “Dead Cells” Appear On Netflix:
On Halloween we saw the game “Dead Cells” appear on Netflix, “Dead Cells” is a rather difficult “Metroidvania” but the challenge is half the fun. This addition is a cool one especially since “Dead Cells” is a cult-classic indie game and Netflix adding a game with the word “Dead” in its title just in time for Halloween was a good call, “Dead Cells” also has compatibility with controllers.
