Hello Games has rolled out No Man’s Sky Update 6.0, titled Voyagers, introducing a wide array of new features centered around fully customizable Corvette-class starships. Players can now design, furnish, and explore their own multi-crew vessels. These are built piece by piece from hundreds of modules.
The new Corvette system allows for complete creative freedom, with customizable interiors, exterior silhouettes, cockpits, and habitation modules. Players can step directly outside their ships into space. They can furnish rooms with distinct styles such as the Ambassador, Titan, or Thunderbird classes. Additionally, they can even grow plants or cook meals for their crew. Each Corvette can also be fitted with functional upgrades. These include reactors, shield generators, and unique weaponry like the Deadeye Cannon.
Expanding Multiplayer options
Voyagers also expands multiplayer gameplay. Friends can now board a Corvette together and embark on co-op missions using the new mission radar. They can explore planets as a crew. A time-limited Corvette Expedition has launched alongside the update. It offers exclusive rewards such as the Plasma Starship Trail, the Vigilant Jetpack Trail, and even a mecha-mouse companion.
Other major additions include console control rebinding, and NVIDIA DLSS 4 support on PC. There is also improved transparency rendering with MBOIT and PlayStation VR2’s Spectral Super Resolution. Additionally, enhanced player lighting and autopilot navigation systems are included.
For players on Xbox, Voyagers is available through Game Pass. This means cloud gamers can immediately start building and exploring these massive ships on nearly any device. This update continues Hello Games’ trend of expanding No Man’s Sky into one of the most versatile and long-supported titles available across platforms and cloud services.
