Razer have returned with another device dedicated to cloud gaming. The Razer Edge.
The Razer Edge is a new cloud gaming tablet from Razer that will be available in 2 models; WIFI and 5G. There is no price as of yet for the 5G models which will be coming later.
The WIFI model will be available for $399.99 and can be reserved now. The android powered tablet comes with a Razer Kishi V2 Pro included. Which is a very nice touch. Being able to swap out the tablet for your Android phone to continue gaming in a pinch. The Pro version of the Kishi V2 comes advances like haptic feedback. That by itself is worth more than the $99 it’ll cost you for a base Razer Kishi V2.
Both varients are powered by the the Snapdragon G3x Gen 1 and feature a 6.8 inch 1080p display capabale of refresh rates up to 144hz. It will be interesting to see how the 5000mAh battery lasts with a 144hz display.
Everything looks like same between the WIFI and 5G models apart fromt the obviouis. I approve of this. No missing features for the lowest end model is the way to go. You can go ahead and pre-order on the Razer link.
What do you think of the Razer Edge device? Will you be reserving one?
