Rematch Is Posting Some Impressive Numbers On The Scoreboard
Sloclap recently confirmed that their new online Football title, Rematch, had crossed the 1 million player mark in its first 24 hours.
Well, the game has continued to grow in strength as the studio has now revealed that it has surpassed one million units sold across PC, Xbox Series X/S and PS5.
This is a significant number as the game is available as part of Game Pass.
To add to this, the game has also now reached 3 million unique players since launch.
This equates to:
- 11.8 million matches played
- 55.6million goals scored
- 33.5 million assists
- 69.1 million saves for goalkeepers
In Rematch, you control a single player in online 3v3, 4v4 or 5v5 matches. There are no fouls, offsides or VAR with every match designed to be intense, all-out football.
Hotfix #0.5 was recently released for the game, and this has quickly been followed up by hotfixes #0.6 and #0.7. The developer has also promised that more updates are on the way for the game.
The game is also available to play on a range of cloud gaming services, including GeForce NOW, Xbox Cloud Gaming and PlayStation Cloud Gaming.
