Dead or Alive, It Is Coming This July
NACON has announced that RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business will launch on July 17th.
Announced back in March 2025, it will serve as a standalone expansion to RoboCop: Rogue City. It will launch on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC. There is also a strong chance it will be available to play across a range of cloud gaming services, just like the original title.
It will see players once again step into the role of RoboCop. This time, the half-man half cop must reach the top of the Omni tower that has been overrun with mercenaries.
Each floor will pose a new threat to Robo, and the mercenaries will use all the weapons at their disposal to try and stop him!
After triumphing over Detroit’s gangs and the “New Guy in Town”, peace for RoboCop and the citizens of Old Detroit is short-lived, and crime once again invades the streets. In the midst of this chaos, a spark of hope emerges from OCP’s new project: the OmniTower, a massive housing complex intended to give the people of Old Detroit a better life.
But when a group of highly trained mercenaries armed with cutting-edge weapons takes control of the building after attacking the police station, RoboCop must take action to put a stop to their plans and uphold the law. And so begins an explosive ascent through the OmniTower, now the deadly stronghold of troops led by a mysterious leader who seems to share a close link with RoboCop’s past…
The expansion will be packed with new content. New weapons, such as the cryo cannon and also new devastating finishers.
There will also be a range of new enemies to contend with, including katana-wielding androids!
RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business will also allow players to play as Alex Murphy himself through flashbacks that will relive some of Robo’s memories.
Peter Weller, the original actor who played RoboCop, will also once again be providing the voice-over for the beloved character.
