Just In Time For Launch
Later today, Stellar Blade will launch on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
There is some very good news for Steam and, in particular, Steam Deck users, as the game has now been officially verified for the Steam Deck ahead of its launch.
This news was confirmed on the game’s official X (Twitter) account.
This, of course, means that Valve has officially certified the game and that it checks the boxes in four key areas:
- Input
- Display
- Seamlessness
- System Support

It may not come as a huge surprise to some that the game has been Steam Deck Verified. It seems that several PlayStation games making the move to PC have also been Verified.
Stellar Blade is an action-adventure title from Korean developer SHIFT UP. The game initially launched as a PS5 exclusive in April 2024 but has now been made available on PC.
The game was also well-received; it currently sits on a very respectable 81 on Metacritic. A demo of the game on Steam also attracted over 4000 reviews and currently sits on ‘Very Positive’.
