Stellar Blade Launches on PC with New Features, Costumes, and DLC

Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially launched Stellar Blade on PC, now available on Steam and the Epic Games Store for €69.99. The new version brings enhanced performance features and improved visuals. Also, it includes additional content, all of which are also being added to the PS5 edition via a free update.

Key Features of the PC Version

Stellar Blade’s PC release introduces several upgrades and options for players with high-end systems:

  • AI-powered frame generation, upscaling, and uncapped FPS (with compatible GPUs).
  • Ultrawide display support and high-resolution textures, depending on monitor and GPU compatibility.
  • DualSense controller support via cable and customizable controls.
  • A new in-game challenge: Mann’s Trial. Players who defeat the Sentinel leader will unlock the Royal Guard suit.
  • A new costume for all players: Crimson Wings.
  • Full voiceover and facial animation support in Simplified Chinese and Japanese.

A free PC demo is also available now, giving new players a chance to try the game before purchasing.

Stellar Blade x NIKKE: Goddess of Victory DLC Now Available

Coinciding with the PC launch, Sony has released the Stellar Blade x NIKKE: Goddess of Victory DLC for €9.99 on both PlayStation Store and PC. Developed by SHIFT UP, the crossover includes:

  • New shooting-themed minigames.
  • Multiple new costumes.
  • Exclusive bonus content inspired by NIKKE’s popular characters, including the fierce warrior Scarlet.

Play Stellar Blade via the Cloud

For those without a powerful gaming rig, Stellar Blade can also be played via cloud gaming services. Platforms like Boosteroid, airgpu, pr CloudDeck allow players to stream the game from a high-end virtual machine. This is possible provided they own the game on Steam or Epic Games. These services let users access a full Windows desktop environment, making it easy to install Stellar Blade and experience it with all its enhancements.

With this PC release and the exciting NIKKE crossover, Stellar Blade is set to reach an even broader audience. It gives current fans plenty of reasons to dive back in.
