Stranded Deep lands on Xbox Game Pass and Cloud Gaming

In the aftermath of a mysterious plane crash, you are stranded in the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean. Alone, without any means to call for help, you must do what you can to survive.

Stranded Deep Title Page. A man is in a raft paddling to an island in the distance. A shark fin is off to the left.

Three days in to the new year and Game Pass has already landed a new game on their subscription service. Fully playable in the cloud, this follows the announcement of 5 games leaving Game Pass Ultimate this month.

BUILD. CRAFT. SURVIVE. ESCAPE.

Explore underwater and on land as you hunt for supplies to craft the tools, weapons, and shelter you’ll need to stay alive. Stay sharp: hunger, thirst, and exposure conspire against you as you brave treacherous elements and the dangerous creatures of the Pacific. Live long enough, Stay Alive!

Stranded Deep sees you stranded on a tropical island and scavenging for supplies. Similar to Grounded and Minecraft where you can build bases and forage for food and water. The game looks beautiful the island environment looks like something out of a travel brochure. Unfortunately there will be plenty of creatures out there intent on trying to make you their food.
