Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the land,
Gamers were fretting, controllers in hand.
Their Xbox Game Pass, always a bountiful sight,
Was losing six more titles, fading into the night.
That’s right, Xbox have let us know of six more games that are leaving the cloud via the Xbox app. Whilst no date is given, we assume that it will be the 31st of December. No games have been announced as coming to the service, but there is sometimes a delay in that announcement. They did say in the last Wire article that this was the last lot of games incoming, so temper your expectations.
Let’s see what games are leaving the service:
- Close to the Sun
- Lego Drive 2K Standard Edition
- Party Animals
- BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle Special Edition
- McPixel 3
- Humankind
So, this could be the last Xbox related post of the year. What have been your standout games? Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has exceeded all my expectations and is possibly my favourite games of the year.
While it’s always disappointing to see games leaving the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Cloud Gaming library, it’s important to remember that new titles are regularly added to the service. Players can look forward to the arrival of exciting new games in the near future.
Players can also save up to 20% with your membership discount to keep these games in your library!
