More Atari games are on its way
Utomik has announced the addition of more classic Atari games to its platform this month. Centipede: Recharged, Black Widow: Recharged, and Kombinera will be joining the subscription on May 18.
The latest Atari games were introduced to users last week on May 4. They have been made available on all of Utomik platforms, both in the cloud and outside of it. This third wave of Atari games, set to arrive on May 18, will bring even more excitement to Utomik users. Centipede: Recharged, Black Widow: Recharged, and Kombinera will be accessible to subscribers. Who can enjoy these games on Android devices and smart TVs thanks to the cloud.
Twin Mirror and Etherborn join the cloud
Really soon, we’ll also see the release of two new games which we already knew as coming to Utomik: Elypse and Tin Hearts.
However, as now confirmed via the Coming Soon section on Utomik’s app, two new games will be available on Utomik: Twin Mirror and Etherborn.
Twin Mirror
Twin Mirror is a psychological thriller video game developed by DON’T NOD (creators of Life is Strange). The game was released in 2020 and is set in the fictional small town of Basswood, West Virginia.
The story follows the protagonist, Samuel Higgs, a former investigative journalist who returns to Basswood for the funeral of his best friend, Nick. However, Samuel finds himself caught up in a complex mystery when he wakes up in his motel room with no memory of the previous night, and blood on his shirt. Determined to uncover the truth, Samuel uses his unique ability to enter a mental space called the “Mind Palace” where he can reconstruct events and analyze clues.
Etherborn
Etherborn is a puzzle-platformer video game developed by Altered Matter. Released in 2019, the game takes players on a journey through a world where gravity is not bound by the usual rules. The game’s captivating narrative explores themes of self-discovery and existentialism.
In Etherborn, players control a nameless, genderless character who wakes up in a dreamlike realm. Guided by a mysterious voice, the protagonist embarks on a quest to find their purpose. All meanwhile they unlock the secrets of this enigmatic universe. The central mechanic of the game revolves around manipulating gravity and traversing three-dimensional landscapes that defy conventional physics.
Utomik’s cloud gaming service, which is currently in Early Access, offers a 14-day free trial. During this Early Access period, the cloud service can be accessed through the personal plan for €8.99/$8.99 per month. While the four-person family plan is available for €12.99/$12.99 per month.
