Xbox Cloud Gaming Titles for April Confirmed, Loop Hero Now Available

A new month means a new list of upcoming games to Xbox Game Pass and, of course, Xbox Cloud Gaming. A couple of days ago we posted about the games leaving the service this month of April. Today, we also know all the games coming to Game Pass. Even thought we are sad to say goodbye to some popular titles, highly rated games are coming soon to Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Loop Hero now available on Xbox Cloud Gaming

As of yesterday, Loop Hero is now available to play on the cloud via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Loop Hero is an indie, rogue-like game developed by Four Quarters and published by Devolver Digital. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where the protagonist, known as the Hero, is tasked with restoring the world by creating a loop around a dungeon. It’s a highly unique game that has received major praise by the critics and public alike.

Iron Brigade (Cloud and Console) – April 6

Iron Brigade is a third-person shooter video game developed by Double Fine Productions. It is set during an alternate history of World War I, where players control a group of soldiers known as the “Mobile Trench Brigade” who must defend humanity from an invading force of robots called the “Monovision”.

The game features both single-player and cooperative multiplayer modes. Allowing players to customize their trench and weapons to fit their play style. The game received critical acclaim for its unique blend of tower defense and third-person shooter gameplay, as well as its distinctive World War I-era aesthetic.


Ghostwire: Tokyo (Cloud, Console, and PC) – April 12

Ghostwire: Tokyo is an action-adventure game developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda. The game takes place in a modern-day Tokyo that has been overrun by supernatural beings. As the player, you take on the role of a character who possesses supernatural powers and is on a mission to uncover the truth behind the mysterious disappearance of the city’s population.

Along the way, you’ll encounter various ghostly entities and have to use your powers to battle and defeat them. The game has a unique blend of Japanese folklore and modern urban legends, with a focus on exploration, combat, and uncovering the secrets of the city. The new Spider’s Thread update is included.


Minecraft Legends (Cloud, Console, and PC) – April 18

Minecraft Legends is an action strategy video game set in the Minecraft universe, where players take on the role of a hero who must defend the Overworld from an invasion by piglins from the Nether. The game features strategic gameplay mechanics with action-inspired elements, and is played from a third-person perspective. Minecraft Legends is one of the most anticipated games for Game Pass users.


Those are all the games confirmed for Xbox Cloud Gaming. Additionally, NHL 23 is also coming to Game Pass on April 13, but has only been confirmed for consoles.
