Xbox to Showcase Cloud Gaming at GDC 2025

This is an Xbox

Microsoft has announced its presence at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2025, set to take place from March 17 to 21 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco. Xbox will showcase its vision for making gaming accessible on any device, whether on console, PC, cloud, or mobile.

At the Xbox Lounge in Moscone South, attendees will get hands-on experience with the latest Xbox features on PC, engage in Q&A sessions with Xbox development experts, and explore the benefits of building games across multiple platforms. The company aims to highlight how developers can work with Xbox to expand their reach and create cross-capable experiences.

One of the key themes of Xbox’s presence at GDC 2025 is its commitment to enabling games to be played on any screen. Through a series of panels and sessions, Microsoft will provide insights into how developers can take advantage of this expanding ecosystem. Notable talks include “Opening a Billion Doors with Xbox” on March 19, where Leo Olebe and Chris Charla will discuss Xbox’s future strategy, and “Make Your Game Available ANYWHERE with Xbox Cloud Gaming”, which will cover advancements in cloud gaming technology.

With Xbox continuing its push towards cross-platform gaming, GDC 2025 will serve as a major milestone in its vision of making high-quality gaming experiences available to more players than ever before.
