Amazon Luna’s library has definitely taken a big hit this month. But, it isn’t completely a one way street. The service recently picked up the indie gem Time on Frog Island. And now, after losing three games yesterday without much warning (A Plague Tale: Innocence, The Surge and Star Wars Pinball), Luna picked up Yakuza Kiwami and WRC Generations. This definitely helps make up for the fact that they are also losing 6 more games in the next day, including Yakuza Zero, specifically. The WRC series of games is another familiar set of titles for cloud gamers.
While a loss of 9 games and an addition of 2 isn’t generally considered a good week, Yakuza Kiwami at least represents the biggest game the service has gotten in quite a while. It’s a fantastic game and the pickup is certainly a sign of life.
On the other hand, the remaining promised November Luna+ games are still nowhere to be found. These are Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, Severed Steel. Hopefully these show up sooner rather than later.
