Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Shadows has suffered a small delay. The game will now launch on March 20th 2025.
They have stated that the delay is to allow the team more time to implement changes from fan feedback. It will also allow them to deliver an ‘engaging day-one experience’.
This serves as the second time that the game has been delayed. It was originally set to launch in November 2024 but was pushed back until February 2025.
In some other interesting Ubisoft news, they have also announced that the company has appointed leading advisors as they look to pursue a possible takeover or cash injection. It has been rumoured for some time that Ubisoft was looking for a buyer and it seems these plans may be moving to the next stage.
