Best Games To Play On Netflix Games December 2023 Edition

Netflix Games

Netflix Games has added almost 90 games to its platform over the last few years, so let’s look at some of the best games you can play on Netflix with your subscription.

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas

The first game is arguably one of the best games ever released, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, stylized as GTA San Andreas. In this game, you play as Carl “CJ” Johnson, who returns home to San Andreas after his mother is murdered and is drawn back into his old gangster ways as he clashes with other powerful criminals and crooked cops. This is one of three GTA games which are available on Netflix, all of which have controller support.

Dead Cells Netflix Edition

Dead Cells was an indie hit in the late 2010s, and it has become a beloved cult class game. Dead Cells is a video game that takes heavy inspiration from the classic video game franchise Castlevania where you platform and hack and slash undead enemies. Dead Cells Netflix Edition also includes controller support and does not need internet in order to run the game once you download it on your phone.

Oxenfree 2 Lost Signals

The first game Netflix-owned studio Night School Studio published since being acquired by Netflix, Oxenfree 2 Lost Signals. This game includes ghostly radio signals, shadowy cult members, space-time portals, and more, you must investigate a dark new mystery in this interactive story game. This game also includes controller support and does not require an internet connection to play.

Dust & Neon

Now for fans of space western content (looking at you Star Wars fans) you should check out the game Dust & Neon on Netflix Games. In Dust & Neon, you play as a cyborg cowboy who must fight an army of robots, this game has beautiful dystopian-style graphics as well as stiff controls. This game is fun but is difficult, so be prepared to die a couple of times so you can progress to the next level.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge

Okay, now this one is a gem, get ready to kick some shell with Leonardo, Raphel, Donatello, Michelangelo or other friends of the totally tubular turtles in this beat ’em up. This game does offer multiplayer, which means you can play this game with a friend or a family member. This game also supports controllers which include the Razer Kishi (which I tested for a YouTube video).

Stranger Things 1984

The first game based on Netflix’s popular Stranger Things TV series was arguably the best one. Stranger Things 1984 started life as the adaption of the first season of Stranger Things and was titled “Stranger Things The Game” The game is built as an action-adventure game. This addition is a pretty awesome one, as this is one of the first games Netflix ever developed, and it’s one you desperately need to play if you’re a Stranger Things fan.

Have you checked out any of these games? Which ones do you recommend?
