Welcome to The Summer Cloud Gaming Championship on Stadia! We are back for 2022! This is a gaming tournament open to all Stadians!
It consists of four weekly qualifying rounds that are open to everyone on Stadia and a real-time finale that will be live broadcast! The grand prize is $500! With lots and lots of weekly and mini-event prizes as well!
Week One Starts July, 18 2022!
Here is the tournament format:
4 Week Long Qualifying Rounds – $100 (at least) in prizes each week
There will be 4 qualifying weeks (Starting July 18, 2022) with a single game competition each week. In each qualifying week, you can participate throughout the week at your leisure, but recording your submission (either with Stadia’s Direct Streaming Capability or Other) will be required.
- The winner of each week’s competition will be awarded $50 (via Google Play Credit or PayPal)
- The runner up receives $25
- In addition, the most entertaining submissions each week will receive $25

To participate in each of the 4 qualifying weeks, live streaming is NOT required, but as mentioned above, you MUST submit a full recording of your attempt.
Live Finals (August 27) – $500 Grand Prize, $250 Runner Up Prize
The Finals will take place on Saturday August 27 at 6PM BST. Watch it live here! There will be 4 elimination rounds including:
- Super Animal Royale
- Wavebreak
- Trials Rising
- Death Carnival
At the end of the four qualifying weeks, the top players (based on an average of players’ four weekly ranks) will be invited to participate in a live finals. The first place winner will take home $500 (via PayPal), with second place taking home $250. You can watch the video of the two previous live finals here and here!

To be eligible to win and have your score counted for a given week’s competition, you must have registered using this form by the end of the weekly competition. You only need to register once for the entire competition, but only scores obtained for weeks including or after your registration will count.
