GeForce NOW Ultimate now accounts for 59% of paying customers on CloudGG, Pentanet’s GeForce NOW service for Australia and New Zealand. That is up from 39% a year earlier, according to Pentanet’s FY26 business update.

Pentanet also reported that gaming revenue per customer increased to $24 per month during FY26. The company retired its lower-cost Casual plan during the year, moving more subscribers into Performance and Ultimate memberships.

Ultimate Grew From 39% To 59% Of Paying Customers

Ultimate represented 39% of CloudGG’s paying customer base at the end of June 2025. By June 30, 2026, that share had climbed to 59%.

That is a 20 percentage point increase in one year. These figures apply specifically to CloudGG in Australia and New Zealand, not GeForce NOW worldwide.

Ultimate has moved from well under half of CloudGG’s paid base to the majority. That gives Pentanet a much different membership mix than it reported a year earlier.

Gaming Revenue Per Customer Increased To $24 A Month

Pentanet reported gaming ARPU of $24 per month for FY26. That represents a 36% increase compared with the previous corresponding period.

Pentanet retired its Casual plan during FY26, moving more subscribers into Performance and Ultimate. Ultimate now accounts for 59% of the paid customer base.

The results do not tell us how GeForce NOW customers in other markets would respond to the same membership structure. CloudGG operates within its own regional market and pricing model.

They do show that most paying CloudGG customers are now choosing the highest GeForce NOW membership offered through the service.

CloudGG Has 840,000 Registered Users

Pentanet says CloudGG now has 840,000 registered users across its service.

That figure should not be confused with paid subscribers. The company separately reported 31,773 paid activations during FY26, with roughly half coming from people returning to the platform.

Pentanet is also looking at additional capacity for its GeForce NOW service. The company says it is exploring further GPU expansion through its NVIDIA alliance.

That expansion could become increasingly important as more of CloudGG’s paying customers move toward Ultimate and its higher-performance cloud gaming hardware.
