GFN Steam Update June 3: 16 More Games Opt In

Steam Games Opted-In to GFN June 3

Welcome to the weekend cloud gamers! This is when we run our script that looks for new games that have opted into GeForce NOW on Steam.

As always, keep in mind that the games listed below are not 100% guaranteed to come to GeForce NOW. Being listed means the publishers of the game have agreed that the game can be added. But, NVIDIA still needs to go ahead and put in the work to add them.

With that said, more than half of the games that GFN announced were coming to the service in June were found in our past lists of games that have opted in. So, let’s go ahead and see what’s new this week.

This Weeks New Games Opting into GFN on Steam

Killer Frequency has actually already launched on the service. It was one of two games that were added this week. And, Trepang2 was tipped as coming to GeForce NOW in that same GFN Thursday report.

The two Shadow Tactics games are actually already available on GeForce NOW via the Epic Game Store backend platform. But, it looks like they could now be getting Steam support as well.

Game Highlights

There are a couple of games that we want to highlight in this week’s list of titles.

HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED 2

HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED 2: Turbocharged was just announced a week ago as part of this summer’s set of game showcases. The predecessor game has been making the rounds on cloud gaming services. HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED even hit Google Stadia literally just hours before the service was announced to be shutting down.

That first game had a lot of fans for its fun racing mechanics and its track builder feature that allows gamers to create their own Hot Wheels circuits.

AEW: Fight Forever

There seems to be a big overlap between Pro Wrestling fans and gamers. Thus, it is no surprise that wrestling games are particularly popular. All Elite Wrestling (AEW), the upstart league that is taking the fight directly to the WWE, is set to debut a new game this summer: AEW Fight Forever. While WWE games are typically published by 2K and are not available on cloud platforms, this AEW title has already opted-in to GeForce NOW! 1 point for AEW.
