GFN Thursday
We kick off this week’s GFN Thursday with news that GeForce NOW is already rolling out some of the new features that they announced at GDC 2026.
Starting this week, those who play GeForce NOW on select VR headsets can do so at a higher frame rate of up to 90 fps.
Supported devices include the Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest devices and Pico devices. Of course, you will also need to be a GeForce NOW Ultimate member to have access to this feature.
The update will be rolling for the GeForce NOW app for these VR headsets, starting today.

Crimson Desert Arrives On GeForce NOW
One of 2026’s most anticipated titles launches this week, and gamers will be able to stream it on GeForce NOW from launch!
Crimson Desert is an open-world action-adventure title that comes to us from Pearl Abyss. Players take on the role of Kliff, a mercenary whose tight-knit group is decimated by an ambush. This sets off an adventure across a vast open world, where Kliff faces dangerous enemies as he tries to reunite his group of companions!
Even better, the game will also launch on GeForce NOW as an RTX 5080-Ready title!
This Week’s New Games
We have 4 titles coming to the GeForce NOW on this week’s GFN Thursday library this week, 3 of which are RTX 5080-Ready!
- Everwind (New release on Steam, March 17, GeForce RTX 5080-ready)
- Retro Rewind – Video Store Simulator (New release on Steam, March 17)
- Crimson Desert (New release on Steam, March 19, GeForce RTX 5080-ready)
- Fallout 3 (Steam)
In addition to the above news, we also have a small batch of titles that will no longer be available to play on the free tier of GeForce NOW from April 1st.
This is due to the basic GeForce NOW rig no longer meeting the minimum specifications for these titles.
You can see the list of titles below:
- Cyberpunk 2077
- Forza Motorsport
- Icarus
- Ark Survival Ascended
