GFN Thursday – GeForce NOW Rolls Out To More Devices

Smite 2

GFN Thursday!

It is another big week for GeForce NOW. This week sees the arrival of update 2.0.70, and with this update, GeForce NOW will now be compatible with select VR devices. The update will roll out to all members by January 21st.

Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest 3 & 3S, and Pico 4/4 Ultra devices will all be supported. To play GeForce NOW on these devices, you will need to navigate to play.geforcenow.com on the device’s web browser. One exception here is the Pico devices, as they will be receiving an Android native client via the device’s store.

GeForce NOW VR

GeForce NOW members will not be able to transform their VR devices into a personal cloud gaming theatre. Experiencing great games with the power of the cloud will include ray tracing and NVIDIA DLSS on supported titles.

As someone who recently discovered the amazing experience of playing Xbox Cloud Gaming on my Meta Quest 3S, I am personally very excited for GeForce NOW support to come to the device.

This Week’s New Games

Of course, more devices mean that you need more games! Right?

This week we have 7 games coming to the GeForce NOW library. This includes 3 new releases that feature Assetto Corsa Evo and Aloft.

We have also seen Smite 2 launch on GeForce NOW this week. The Unreal Engine 5-powered MOBA is a sequel to Smite, which was a hugely popular title.
