Netflix Games has been building a rotating library of games on mobile and a smaller catalogue of cloud games. However, it looks as if Netflix Games will be losing GTA San Andreas, the service’s most downloaded game so far.

What Does This Mean?
GTA San Andreas was added to the Netflix Games library back in 2023 alongside GTA Vice City and GTA 3; however, those latter two games left Netflix in December 2024, but GTA San Andreas was able to cling on for another year. GTA San Andreas is also Netflix’s most downloaded game from the Netflix Games catalogue. GTA San Andreas was originally released in 2004 and saw Carl “CJ” Johnson return to his home town in order to clear his family’s name and reunite with old friends after his mother passes away.
What’s interesting about this removal, however, is the fact that another well-known and beloved game by Rockstar Games is being added to Netflix Games on December 4th, eight days before GTA San Andreas is removed from Netflix on December 12th.
