This will offer broad accessibility across multiple streaming platforms.
Halo: Campaign Evolved Key Details
The remake aims to capture the impact and essence of the original 2001 campaign while modernizing it for today’s players. The rebuilt experience will feature remastered 4K visuals, updated animations, and re-recorded audio. Key gameplay additions show the evolution of the franchise. For instance, players will have the ability to wield nine extra weapons, hijack vehicles, and even pilot the Covenant Wraith tank. A new optional sprint ability will also be included for those who prefer that choice.
For story enthusiasts, Halo: Campaign Evolved will introduce three brand-new prequel missions set before the original campaign’s events. These will feature new environments, characters, and enemies. The co-op experience expands significantly, supporting the classic two-player local split-screen on console. Additionally, it introduces a four-player online co-op mode across Xbox, PC, and PlayStation 5.
