Arrowhead Game Studios is back with another Warbond for Helldivers 2, and this one marches in with full ceremonial flair. The Masters of Ceremony Premium Warbond launches May 15 for PS5 and PC, bringing new weapons, armour sets, capes, emotes, and a batch of returning patterns from past Warbonds. It’s a celebration of victory against the Illuminate and a nod to the traditions of Super Earth’s most decorated forces.
Expect bayonets, sabres, grenades, and parade-ready gear styled after formal military regalia. Whether you’re waving the One True Flag or dressing in Honorary Guard armor, this Warbond lets you take to the battlefield with flair—and a flamethrower grenade for good measure. For longtime fans, there’s also a bonus: new FRV patterns will be added to four past Warbonds.
Here’s a closer look at what’s included in the Masters of Ceremony Warbond and the returning content arriving alongside it.
What’s in the Helldivers 2 Masters of Ceremony Warbond
The Masters of Ceremony Warbond introduces a formal yet deadly loadout inspired by the heroes of Super Earth. At the center is the R-2 Amendment, a rifle with a built-in bayonet and a 20-round magazine—ideal for both ranged attacks and close-quarters combat.
For melee specialists, the CQC-2 Sabre offers a refined alternative. This elegant blade adds flair to your takedowns while encouraging a more aggressive approach up close.
Explosives get an upgrade too. The new G-142 Pyrotech Grenade spins on impact before bursting into flames. It’s flashy, destructive, and fits the ceremonial theme perfectly.
There’s also the CQC-1 One True Flag, a hybrid weapon and symbol. It works as a spear and displays your loyalty to Managed Democracy. It’s part weapon, part message—just the kind of symbolism Super Earth would approve.
New Armour Sets and Capes Bring the Ceremony to the Front Lines
Two new armour sets join the Warbond, each styled with ceremonial flair but built for combat. The RE-1861 Parade Commander is a lightweight option designed for mobility. It offers a classic look that pairs well with the Humble Regalia cape in red, black, and gold.
For something heavier, the RE-2310 Honorary Guard brings a more menacing look. It’s designed to honour past heroes while holding strong in battle. You can match it with the Federation’s Embrace cape to complete the look.
Both armours include the Reinforced Epaulettes perk. This gives your limbs a better chance of staying intact in chaotic fights. And if you’re looking to make a statement, you can unlock the Decorated Hero title and the Lockstep emote—perfect for synchronized marches after a successful mission.
New FRV Patterns Arrive for Four Past Warbonds
Arrowhead is also adding new customization options to previously released Warbonds. Starting May 15, you’ll find new FRV patterns available for the following: Viper Commando, Freedom’s Flame, Chemical Agents, and Truth Enforcers.
These updates will be available to all existing owners of those Warbonds. You can check them out in the Acquisitions menu once the update goes live.
It’s a small addition, but a welcome one for those who want to revisit older gear with a new look.
