Some very good news for Nintendo Switch 2 fans, Ember Lab has announced that its award-winning title, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2.
The game will launch on Switch 2 sometime in Spring 2026 and will come packed with all the latest updates to the game, as well as the anniversary DLC and new game+ mode.
“We’re incredibly excited to bring Kena’s journey to a whole new audience, giving players the chance to experience her story at home or on the go with Nintendo Switch 2,” said Josh Grier, Chief Operating Officer at Ember Lab. “As our studio’s debut title, the overwhelming support and love the game has received over the years has truly meant a great deal to our team. We’re beyond thrilled that even more players will now be able to fully immerse themselves in Kena’s world and become part of her journey.”

Kena: Bridge of Spirits first launched back in 2021. It take splayers on the journey of Kena in a world that is filled with a compelling narrative, exploration, puzzle-solving and fast-paced combat.
A sequel to Bridge of Spirits was recently announced at a PlayStation State of Play; however, at the moment, the sequel title is only slated for release on PS5 and PC, although it does seem likely it will see a wider platform release in the future.
