Thaemine returns with an ‘Extreme’ twist
The centerpiece of the update is Thaemine Extreme, a limited-time event version of the Darkness Legion Commander raid. Specifically focusing on the notorious Gate 4, this version features adjusted difficulty patterns and a unique “Just Guard” system that rewards precision timing with powerful team buffs.
For cloud gamers on GeForce NOW, the precision required for Thaemine Extreme makes a stable, low-latency connection more vital than ever. Handheld users, particularly those on the Steam Deck or ROG Ally, will benefit from the raid’s “battle workshop” resurrection system, which provides some more breathing room during the intense 4-2 phase of the fight.
New collectibles and Guardian Events
Beyond the headline raid, the update introduces Nukman’s Illusion Stone. This new collectible system, tied to the “In Search of the Riddle’s Answer” quest, allows players to trade shattered moonstones for valuable rewards.
Additionally, the Guardian’s Call Event makes a return. Players can challenge Tier 4 Guardians, including Argeos and Skolakia, to earn increased gold, Processed Destiny Stones, and Astrogems.
