PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for December 2025

Discover the PlayStation Plus December 2025 games lineup, featuring new catalog titles like Final Fantasy XVI, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and more.

PlayStation has revealed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for December 2025, and it is a strong finish to the year. Starting December 16, Extra and Premium members can explore ancient Baghdad in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, tackle demon-plagued battlefields in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, soar through the Sky Realm in Granblue Fantasy: Relink, or build amusement parks in Planet Coaster 2. One arrival beat the pack to the service already, Skate Story joined PlayStation Plus on December 8.

There is plenty of variety this month, from action RPGs, sims, skating journeys through the Underworld, and family-friendly favourites like Paw Patrol Grand Prix and Paw Patrol World. Soulcalibur III arrives for Premium members, offering a PS2 classic enhanced for PS5 and PS4.

Whether you want swords, stealth, skyfaring crews, or a pirate cat adventure, December’s catalog stacks a wide mix of experiences heading into the holidays.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage

A hooded assassin stands in front of a cityscape with "Assassin's Creed Mirage" and "Ubisoft+" logos.

PS5, PS4

Return to the roots of the Assassin’s Creed series in Mirage. You play as Basim, a young street thief seeking answers in a reactive open world recreation of 9th century Baghdad. The Valley of Memory update expands the campaign with a new region, AlUla, and adds roughly six hours of new content. If you wanted a tighter, classic-style Assassin’s Creed adventure, this is a strong pick for December.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

A warrior with swords faces a large, menacing dragon above an ancient city in "Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty".

PS5, PS4

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty reimagines the fall of the Han Empire in dark fantasy style. Demons plague the Three Kingdoms and you step in as a nameless fighter trying to survive the chaos. Combat leans into Chinese martial arts swordplay, letting you parry, strike, and awaken latent power to turn battles around. If you enjoy Souls-like combat with a mythic spin, this one stands out.

Skate Story

PS5

Already available in the catalog as of December 8, Skate Story turns the Underworld into a skate park. You play a fragile demon on a board, tasked with reaching the Moon to earn freedom. It mixes surreal imagery, stylish skating animation, and ritualistic trick mastery. From kickflips to fighting demons with motion, it is a different kind of skating game with a haunting vibe.

Four fantasy characters stand together with "Granblue Fantasy: Relink" logo on a light background.

PS5, PS4

Granblue Fantasy: Relink takes you to the Sky Realm on a search for the legendary island of Estalucia. You captain an airship crew, build a four-character party, and tackle quests solo or in online co-op. Fast action combat, Link Attacks and Chain Bursts, and loot-focused quests give it a straightforward “play with friends” feel.

Planet Coaster 2

PS5

Planet Coaster 2 expands the theme park building formula with improved tools and water rides. You balance money, layout, guest happiness, and attraction power while creating the park you want. With nine themes and thousands of pieces, it is the kind of game that absorbs hours if you love designing spaces.

Cat Quest III moves the series into pirate fantasy. You sail through the Purribean hunting treasure, fighting Pi-rats, and facing the Pirate King’s forces. You can play alone or in local co-op, swapping between land and sea while chasing mythical loot. It keeps the series’ light humour and colourful world.

Lego Horizon Adventures

PS5

Aloy returns, this time built from bricks. Lego Horizon Adventures lets you play through a reimagined Horizon world with Lego humour, characters including Aloy, Varl, Teersa, and Erend, and both online and couch co-op. It is a playful spin for families or fans who want a lighter take on the universe.

Paw Patrol World expands Adventure Bay into an open world where preschool players can explore, drive vehicles, and complete rescues. Missions pull inspiration from classic episodes, with co-op play and collectible customization for kids who love the pups.

Premium members get Soulcalibur III, enhanced for new hardware with rewind, up-rendering, and save features. It includes Chronicles of the Sword mode, mixing real-time simulation with weapon-based fighting. Quick Play and Mission modes give different ways to take on the arena.

A Quick Send-Off and a PlayStation Bonus

PlayStation is closing the year with something for just about everyone. Assassin’s Creed Mirage brings the series back to its roots, while Skate Story feels like the kind of oddball game I am glad subscription services make more visible. Granblue Fantasy: Relink, Lego Horizon Adventures, Cat Quest III, and the Paw Patrol titles round things out for co-op, family play, or lighter fare.

There is also a holiday tie-in. From December 11 to January 12, buying a 12-month PlayStation Plus membership includes Sony Pictures Core movie credit, with blockbusters like Venom The Last Dance, 28 Years Later, Karate Kid Legends, and Anaconda mentioned. That perk varies by tier and region, but it is worth noting if you were planning to renew anyway.

If you are jumping into December’s catalog, which game are you planning to try first?
