Like Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation Plus is a game subscription within the Sony PlayStation ecosystem. And, like the Game Pass top tier, PlayStation Plus Premium comes with Cloud Gaming support.
Most of the games available in PlayStation Plus can be streamed from the cloud to PS4 and PS5 consoles and Windows PCs. When games leave PS Plus, most also leave PlayStation Cloud Gaming. However, a subset of PS5 games can be streamed from the cloud if owned outright (I.e. purchased from the PlayStation Store). For now, these games can only be streamed to a PS5 console, however.
