The PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for September 2026 arrive on September 1 with four games joining the lineup. Sniper Elite: Resistance leads the month, alongside MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life, and Chained Echoes. All four can be added to your PlayStation Plus library through October 5.
Sniper Elite: Resistance is the place to start if you want tactical shooting with co-op. Wobbly Life also supports co-op, but with a much lighter open-world sandbox. MLB The Show 26 brings baseball to PS5, while Chained Echoes is a story-driven JRPG on PS4.
PlayStation Plus Monthly Games Arrive September 1
All four September games will be available to PlayStation Plus members from September 1 through October 5.
Sniper Elite: Resistance
Sniper Elite: Resistance is available on PS5 and PS4.
The campaign moves the series to occupied France with a new story running alongside the events of Sniper Elite 5. Stealth, long-range shooting, and tactical third-person combat remain at the centre of the experience.
You can play through the full campaign in co-op. Axis Invasion also returns, letting another sniper enter a campaign as an enemy. There’s also competitive online action for up to 16 people, while Survival supports teams of up to four against waves of enemies.
MLB The Show 26
MLB The Show 26 is available on PS5.
Road To The Show expands the career path with the MLB Draft Combine and 11 additional college teams.
Diamond Dynasty returns for anyone who enjoys building a roster from different eras of baseball. This year includes new Red Diamond rarity cards across several card series, including the World Baseball Classic, 2026 All-Star Game, and Pipeline Series.
Wobbly Life
Wobbly Life is available on PS5 and PS4.
You can explore Wobbly Island on your own or with up to three friends through online or local split-screen co-op.
Exploring Wobbly Island takes you through story missions, puzzles, mini-games, and plenty of optional things to discover. There’s also an Arcade mode when you want something more focused, with Trash Zone, Hide & Seek, Wobble Run, and Sandbox among the available modes.
Chained Echoes
Chained Echoes is available on PS4.
It’s a story-driven JRPG set across Valandis, where three kingdoms are caught in an ongoing war.
The 16-bit-inspired presentation sits alongside a fantasy world where dragons and pilotable mechs exist together. Combat mixes swordplay and magic with those mechanical suits.
MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle Arrives September 1
PlayStation Plus members also get access to a separate MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle. This isn’t another Monthly Game and instead adds extra content for MLB The Show 26.
The bundle contains five The Show Packs, one Equipment Pack, and a Jumpstart Choice Pack. The bundle is meant to help customize your Road To The Show player and get your Diamond Dynasty squad started.
The Jump Start Bundle has a slightly different availability window from the Monthly Games. PlayStation Plus members can get it from September 1 through October 6.
August’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games Leave August 31
PlayStation Plus members have until August 31 to add Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk, and Signalis to their libraries.
Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life, and Chained Echoes replace them on September 1 and remain available through October 5. Adding the September games before October 5 keeps them in your PlayStation Plus library, with access tied to an active membership. Monthly Games availability can differ by region, so check your local PlayStation Store when the September lineup goes live.
